The height of all buildings or structures in an OP-1 zoning district shall be determined by the average ground elevation at the building parameter and shall be limited to no more than two (2) stories, or not to exceed forty (40) feet in height, whichever is less. Basements are permitted for storage and uses not requiring additional parking.
